Pete joined the Andrew Abu team in August 2022 as a licensed residential REALTOR. Pete’s passion for helping homeowners inspired him to become an agent. Pete is an experienced real estate investor for over 20 years with a background in residential construction. He ran his own construction company in the Pocono Mountains of PA for over 15 years. In addition to his hands-on construction expertise, Pete has consulted with homeowners wanting to make property improvements on their own or with assistance from contractors. Pete and his wife Allison moved to MA in 2012 along with their son Anthony. They have lived in Northborough and Sudbury, and they currently reside on Cape Cod. In his free time Pete enjoys golf and boating as well as being an avid ultra runner. Pete also enjoys running shorter distances for charity causes including the Mighty Meehan for juvenile cancer and the Falmouth Road Race in support of Team ALS.
