We met Brittany at an open house she was showing.  We had just started our house search and hadn't found a realtor yet. She made conversation with us, asked us what we were looking for and followed up in a couple of days.  She was the only realtor that took the initiative and actually listened to what we were looking for, so we decided to work with her.  She was with us every step of the way and showed us amazing places. She also has great connections that helped in our search for the perfect home. After 4 offers, we finally got one accepted and it was everything we were hoping for. She has followed up with us at least quarterly since. I couldn't ask for a better realtor and recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

We’ve moved seven times now and it can be nerve wracking. Plus, moving during a sellers market makes it even more difficult. I am so grateful to Cheryl Raymond for guiding us through it. I interviewed Kristine when I wanted to sell my house in Spring 2022. I was impressed at the time with her success in the Southborough area market (she is one of the 2-3 top selling brokers in Southborough), along with her up-to-date and extensive knowledge of the local market. I liked that her agency offered staging, and that they had an active advertising, social media and email campaign planned for the sale of the house. For this reasons, I chose Kristine to represent my property.
I was exceptionally pleased with Kristine’s work in selling our home. She provided a detailed schedule of what we needed to do to sell the home, along with advice and vendor lists that proved invaluable. As my dad’s health was declining, it was clear my family needed to place him in Assisted Living. We realized this would also require us to endure the burden of selling his house. I called Mike, and he met with me the very next day to put together a game plan. By the end of our meeting we had a timeline and plan of attach in the works. He place the house on the market at the timeline that we agreed upon. Prior to that he made arrangements to stage the house, referred us to a painter, electrician and mover, whom were all great to work with.
